Planting
To Heal

Until We Meet
Again
Hello,
My name is Jude. That's me holding Popeye
when he was five weeks old. He was our little bottle fed baby. He was
only five days old when he came into our lives.
I created this PopCo page in memory of my two kitties Popeye
15 1/2 years old and fifteen year old Coco.
In August 2004 they passed away three days apart. After meditating, I
was inspired to take cuttings from my Spider
and Philodendron
plant. My new plant was named
POPCO, after Popeye and Coco. Everyday I'd talk to PopCo. This was a
purrfect way for my healing and closure. When Popeye and Coco
finished their mission they were called back home. I believe
their Guardian Angels were with them when they crossed over the Rainbow
Bridge.
Here's
new PopCo cuttings rooting.
The cuttings are in plastic containers. In a week I'll add a little Miracle
Grow to the water and keep adding fresh water to the cuttings as needed.
It's healthier for the Spider & Philodendron cuttings to have water added
to the cuttings. They get nutrients from the plant water. When the roots
are healthy (in a few weeks) gradually add potting soil to the
cuttings. Start by adding two tablespoons of soil everyday to the
cuttings in water. When the container is filled with soil, then gently
remove the plant from the container. Replant in bigger plant container.
The cuttings are not stressed and the roots are strong and healthy when
replanted. They are already in soil. Talk to your new plant.
I play music from the 50's and 60's, Cher, and the Bee Gee's for my
plants. Right now I have 17 plants and a few new PopCo's
rooting.
This positive energy is Spiritually healing, motivating and loving. I
talk to my plants all the time, especially PopCo. The New PopCo's are
going into other homes and in exchange I'll be adding a Vixen and Maggie
cutting to my plants. Popeye & Coco's
picture will be laminated and added to the front of each Popco plant.
This is a Powerfully Spiritual way of celebrating their lives! Until We
Meet Again!
